Flo, I don't know anything about that. You'd need to discuss that with him directly beforehand to make sure he's prepared.

Flo,

We can roll up together since we are getting tuned the same day. Hit me up on PMs.

War,

This is actually reminds me, doesn't Al have a duel stage flash based on boost I think. So you could actually have a 91 and a 100 octane tune?

Who here wants to roll down LA from san diego we can all go together.

Yes, but the way it works is you only get tuned for your normal fuel (91oct), and then the race gas map is more like a base flash. You don't get custom tuned for both, so you get custom tuned for whichever one you use most often (usually the lower octane). So, when you go to the track and use race gas, you can turn up the boost, and then it will switch maps, but instead of it being a perfectly 100% custom tuned race gas map, it will be more of a generic race gas map that isn't tuned to the edge (more safe, less power).

Do we have to request this 'second' map or does it come standard? I want to see what I run on normal pump gas as well as race gas.

It comes standard, but discuss it with Al beforehand just to be sure.

Pretty much unless you can convince RobDogg to go too. I've been seeing if he is interested in the DynoFlash trip but no word on it.

Nah, nothing to worry about. Just be sure you have the mods on the car for which you are being flashed.
