Technically, yes, but there haven't been any reported cases of a dealer looking for and then noticing that the ECU had been reprogrammed. There's not like a flashing sign that says, "HI, I'VE BEEN FLASHED," but rather they have to do some checks to see if anything has been changed. Even if they figure that out, they are unable to see WHAT has been changed. It's a very low risk.

You can definitely get in on the tuning session on the 22nd/23rd in LA. You should go buy your Warrtalon Stage 1 from Buschur Racing first by clicking on the link in my signature, then calling the phone number in that post. After you order and get your parts, you can install them then wait for Dynoflash. When he comes, he can give you the base flash that is included in the Warrtalon package or you can pay an extra $200 to get a full custom road tune, which is the best. It's all up to you!

Btw, please replace that Typhoon before you get tuned. It is horrible. The rest of your mods are fine (not sure why you have injectors, but they will work). If you don't already have a BOV, you'll need that, too.
