One other thing I have a valid question about is this "dual stage flash". Basically what you are saying is that over XXXkpa, you are leaning out the tune as if you know the customer is using racegas or meth injection. My question is what happens when or if the car over boosts, the fuel pump develops a problem, the boost controller manfunctions or the wga line develops a leak?

The car will overboost, the engine runs lean due to the overboost, then EXTREMELY lean due to the high load kpa cells being reprogrammed and marketed as a "dual stage flash" and there go the pistons.

Do you find this a safe practice?
Mivecless,

I am trying to make sense to your comments but the more I think the more I try to comprehend.

This is a very simple fact, the driver is a excellent driver to start with, that combined with a top tuner with a reliable and safe tuning unabled Mostwanted to blast a 11.7 with absurd mods.

Sorry man but I don't see things like you do, a guy runing 11.7 with absurd mods is in my opinion a great sucess. I am sure the guy could trap higher than 113MPH but regardless of that do you think 113MPH is for granted?

Your Synopsis about blowing up an engine is very very subjective, off course you can blow and engine by simply having a boost line loose or cut, does it get simpler than that?, you can blow an engine runing high boost if the fuel pump fuse goes bad but you are not bringing nothing new to the table.

I don't want to even think that you are basicly saying that Al did a safeless tuning to achieve maximum performance. NO, that is not how Al rolls. Al will get your car safe first, then fast.

Mostwanted, again, congrats on your awsome 1/4 mile times. Al, what can I say, you have done it one more time!

my .2c
