Hey al, Since ecuflash has came out i thought you might have a deal with the guys who bought. EVOSCAN I was thinking you should give these military guys and the civi's a deal if they bought evoscan. That could be added into the cost of ecu-scan stuff and a tune for a given price. Honestly I don't want anything in return from colby or you al. These idea's just hit me. I really can't explain it. Its just one of those idea's that happen!

come on. i'm RA and i don't think i deserve anything special. al, dave buschur, shiv, ams, turbotrix, etc all work hard too for their money and have to make a living. don't be one of those guys. i'm goin on my fifth tour and i don't think i deserve anything more than anyone else. please stop, you do in fact sound like an ***.........

 

+1 well said, I too am in the RA and Im pretty sure I VOLUNTEERED for my job and didnt do it just for hand outs. Like Freshsrt-4 said they work hard for their money if they feel like they want to give discounted products or services, let them do it on their own terms, dont ask for them.

Freshsrt-4 - see in Crapistan if thats where your going. Im going to a 1st Group ODA this winter (Dec/Jan) and supposed to deploy w/ them in Feb/Mar.

I think everyone in North Carolina with an evo is military hehe

 

I believe Al says he give military deal. I dont think anybody else does it, but maybe. I dont think its "lookin for a hand out".

 

if thats your CHOSEN profession cool but be humble about it vendors should not feel obligated to give you a discount simply because of you job (but officers should have to pay double ha, ha)

well i dont know about the whole...going out and asking for deals but it isnt just an ordinary job like these guys they do stuff they love and have fun...they dont have to worry about a bomb in the next car at there checkpoint. AND since at least half the people on here are military it proves that at least half the evos out there are owned by people putting there lives on the line so that all these companies CAN do what they do...think about it...i tune my car but i get damn 25,000 a year these companies are pulling in way more than that... and we are die hard fans...while overseas we read all about new parts and dream of being home to put them on... we deserve a hook up, but i am not going to be the one to ask for it...further more hundreds of tuners dont die doing there job...consider ourselves blessed that we can even resond to a thead about getting a little discount...
