Angry Car Won't Start After Re-flash

I just received back my reflash, and my car won't start I called you and left a message and this is a very big problem seeing as my car is my only means of transportation. The car will turn over but I am not getting any spark. THe car ran fine before the reflash and now won't start everything was triple checked and the only option is the ECU. Let me know what you can do.

and yes i gave him the right mod list, Is it a possibility that it was flashed for the wrong year and that is the problem? and another reflash from Al could fix it

He didn't re-write your car's immobilizer code into the flash, which most likely contained another Evo's code...so your evo thinks it's a different car at the moment. If you have a Tactrix Cable and laptop and EcuFlash on there, go to user settings, set it to developer, restart the program, find immobilizer code after reading the ECU, and then type in FFFF for it. I was told that's a universal code that will allow your car to start.

No problem

First check all fuses - there are two in the kick pannel that have gone bad on occassion - if that is not the problem - then

Please send the ecu back and I will test it and replace it if it is defecvtive

Approx one out of every 1,000 ecus go bad in shipping and handling

Also mistakes are occassioanly made - not often but it has happend

In any event everything I do is backed with a full warranty and your ecu will be replaced at no charge if it was damaged

Sorry for your inconvienince

Finally - you may wish to some to my LA tuning trip on Sat with your ecu so i can test your ecu and replace it on the spot if its bad - just a thought

FYI - we do not alter imobilizer codes on mail in flashes and I do not use taxtrix cables on those so the imobilizer is left untouched

Just check the scedule for what time another person is comming with a Evo of the same year as yours so I can qucikly test your ecu in the other car to see if its working

I will bring another with me to replace it on the spot and install your imobilizer code if needed
