Are you doing a base flash - or a custom tune ? Not much middle ground there as most of the work is installing all the gear

I want the 3:30-6:00 time slot.

 

Al, I had the custom tune done in Houston, but I'm having some idle/very light throttle issues.

 

What are your modifications on your car ?

feel free to come by to have me take a free once over on your car, however - understand that we do not touch the idel in our tunes so the settinsg on idel are still stock

we only adjust full throtlle open loop - - 99.99 % of the cars run perfect on closed loop and when they don't its usually some mechanical tuning isssue or big cams

Sounds like you may have some other issue going on such as a vac leak or spark plug ??

 

I have 660cc injectors, so the whole table is probably modified. Also I do have HKS cams (264/272), but I'm reasonably certain those are not at fault because with stock injectors and stock ECU, it drove like normal. Right now at very slight throttle (like 5% or 10%) it hesitates. If the car had a vpc on it, I would try turning the response knob a click or three to the positive side. That's the best way I know of to describe the problem (if you're familiar with VPCs on other cars).

I found another Evo owner that wants the custom flash. His name is Greg. Drives a Blue EVO. Al, he said he was going to contact you direct to talk about specifics. However, he told me he is definitely "in"

 

Just curious. I sent my paypal deposit over a week ago and have not heard anything back nor has Al responded to my question regarding modifications. Starting to think I was scammed out of $100.

Any thoughts?

There are spots on the 22nd - I will set you with one right now

You SHOULD HAVE a boost controller - I recomend Buschur MBC - Hallman MBC or HKS EVC V EBC

You must have all parts installed and properly functioning BEFORE your tuning session as we will not have enough time to do installs AND properly tune

One other mod you need - WALBORO FUEL PUMP
