Record 351 ft lbs on a mustang dyno - exhuast, intake and mbc with Dyno Flash
Here is Josh's record setting dyno pull from this past weekend
I heard that MP5 was there to witness this very powerful car lay down the smack on the dyno
The back ground on this car is that I custom tuned it back in February in Houston
It had a 3" exhuast, intake and MBC
At the time it was running lean
After the tune - Josh added the walboro fuel pump which left the car dead rich up on the top end - thats why the power seems to fall off in this sheet
After this dyno meet - Josh drove to Dallas to meet me and we re-tuned his car from the pig rich 10/1 a/f's to a more sporty 11.1 / 1 across the power band. I'd estimate he licked up another 10 - 15 whp with ease
His car still has stock cams, stock fmic and stock head
IMHO - not a bad result for the Dyno Flash and also a very smooth looking sheet on the notoriously low reading mustang dyno !

Note ** I was not there - I did not do the dyno pulls - it was done by a independant shop. From what I hear everyone there was amazed that the car was making this much low end power with cuh few mods
BTW - this is Fireball 2 technology

Keep in mind that my car had been tuned by Al in Feb, then I added the fuel pump like 1 1/2 weeks ago, so the car was falling on it's face pretty early on in the power band during this dyno session because it was untuned for the fp, I can tell you for a fact that that power band pulls all the way to about 7300 rpm now after my retune with Al on Saturday. I will be going back to the dyno in a few weeks and will post up the results.
edit:
Oh and a shout out to MZM in Austin, that is one hell of a nice shop. I can see my self doing business with them in the near future. Anyone in the Austin area who hasn't paid them a visit yet should definitely drop by, a very nice group of guys there.

All you need to do is look at the dyno sheets that I am posting here on the forum and also look at the sheets that are being posted by other tuners and thier customers and you can see how the Fireball technology pumps up the trq.
As I am sure you know first hand, its the area to the left of the curve that makes the car super pleasant to drive and very fast on the street.
Big Al,, Did u ever get to tuning the guy with the Buschur set up u told me about, I'm about to head back home from my vacation in the Caribbean and havent driven the 4BANGR in two weeks. My set up should be ready for the install, so.....GWASSUP MENG? Rick from NY...well from P.R for now
