Hey guys - I made it to Tampa and we have had some wonderful roads for tuning today !

The weather is darn right oppressive but the cars we tuned so far - 3 of them came out really good despite the intense heat and humidity

Everyone - DO NOT forget the Exedy sponored Evo Owner's meet at 8:00 p.m. sat night - we have scoped out a really nice pizza joint and a large parking lot right next door to the hotel where we will be having the meet

Looking forward to meeting you all

BTW - we have been running a bit ahead of schedule today - the highway is right next to the meeting spot and really ideal tuning conditions thus far - so you may want to come down a bit early for your appointment in case we get done early so we can spend more time on your car if needed

Hey Al...great job...thanks! My Evo pulls much harder and smoother than before...it feels like it wants to really run on the highway...it's so hard keeping my foot out of it now...gotta watch my rearview, heh heh...

If anyone is on the fence about getting the DynoFlash, well...JUST DO IT!

YOU DA MAN, AL!!!

EVERYONE for Sunday - PLEASE come at least 1/2 hour to 45 minutes early for your appointment - we are running very fast on these tunes because the hotel is right next to the highway and there are lots of places to stop right on the side of the road. If you come down early we can spend more time on your particular car if its needed

Right now its 5:10 and I am almost 2 hours ahead of schedule !

Just got home, Al the Evo pulls really hard now. I think my gas gauge is faulty coz it goes to Empty pretty quick(hehe). Kidding aside Al does a wonderfull job of waking up the beast in this car.
Thanks again...

Hey Al, you did a wonderful job on my car this weekend. It is much faster, smoother and even more fun to drive. It seems to me that the most important mod on the car now is the radar detector as it just no longer seems possible to drive slow.

thanks

Thank you for the kind words! It was my pleasure to be of service to you fine gentleman !

Special thanks to Saintjab for working so hard to set the whole event up and helping me with all the minor details !!!!!!!!!!

I appreciate the business from all you guys and the opportunity to enjoy working on some fine evos.

BTW - today was evo day from hell with some crazy mishaps on the cars I was trying to tune (I guess this makes up for the smooth day we had yesterday)

The first one had a fuel pump failure which killed the car right outside my hotel . . . . we had to call for some tools and re-install his pressure sender at the bottom of the fuel pump holder

Third car had a frozen stuck plug in his rear o2 sesnor bung which was impossible to remove - even with a two foot breaker bar. I wound up haveing to tune the car by ear - results were fairly decent and sent the customer off to amuffler shop while I tried to tune car number 5 which had a walbro fuel pumo misinstall - so I had to remove the fuel pump and re-install !!!!!!!!!

The great news for me was that the car with the stuck o2sesnor plug came back with the plug removed and we put in the wideband and found that my tune by ear was almost dead on the money and only required a very slight adjustment to make it a perfect tune !

Finally - a car which had called me at the last minute for a custom tune just pulled up and he had a mis-installed Profec B II boost controller and it was only holding 10 psi of boost - he just went home to work on it

I am here at the hotel - awaiting the possible arrival of ASIANXFORCE the guy we added at the last minute and moved Oldfartevo to accomidate. I have not heard from ASIANXFORCE today and I am curious if he will show ?

Right now I am really 100% exhuasted form working outside all day for the past two days in the really hot florida heat - I'm really weak and dizzy - BUT I feel great becuase we got all the cars sorted out and tuned today - this despite the challenges that popped up !!!

Its 12:45 a.m. - I just finished the last car . . . . another 15 hour tuing adventure today

I wanted to note that AsianXforce was a NO SHOW - and this after making special arrangements to sqeeze him in to the line up on Sunday night to accomidate him. He even called me on Friday and re-confirmed his appointment. I understand that people have things that come up etc but it would have been nice if he could have at least called me so I would not have waited about the hotel for him not to show up.

Luckily the guy who showed up at the meet with the Blue Evo an the Utec took over AsianXforce's spot at the last minute and we were able to work wonders on that car with the reflash and the utec working together.

Thanks again for the support and the business and confidence you gentleman placed in my abilities. It was a pleasure to be of service to you all.

Now . . . my next project with Aaron my web master is going to be an addition to my web site of detailed fuel pump install directions so we don't have to do any more road side fuel pump fixes !
