E85 Stabil or such?

I just finished filling a 55 gallon drum of E85(tested each time to verify) so that when they switch to E70 I will have fuel. Is there a good Stabil type additive I should add for over the winter storage, it is in a heated garage.

I think you just need to keep it air tight sense E85 will absorb any moisture very easily...

+1. Airtight (really airtight) and out of direct sunlight.

Is the sheets in robinson still good? I hope it stays for at least another week or two so I can get an e85 tune going.

Snake oil. Pure ethanol can be stored for years if put into an airtight container out of sunlight. By far the most important thing is to make sure that the container is truly airtight.

Cool I will get some just for piece of mind. I keep my drum in a climate controlled garage sealed very tight with a bung wrench.

Tested yesterday dead on E85. Price went up again though to $2.65. Get-go in Wexford is also E85 as of last week and is $2.39

I've used the plastic ones from wal mart for years without any signs of problems.
