Ran my evo IX turbo up to 29 psi on E85. I had PTE 1200's.

What's a cook

No seriously I'm making the same transition to E85 on my stock viii daily driver. I'm going to run FIC 1050's with boost set to 26 psi at peak torque tapering to 22psi at redline. This is easy to do with a GM 3 port BCS.

Don't forget if the winter blend in your area changes to E70 (for better cold starting) this will make you run leaner and require a retune. Or if you want to get in to this for real, grab EcuFlash and start learning.

Round the other way mate.
Lower ethanol content = richer AFR
Higher ethanol content = leaner AFR

^^^^ what he said...... Higher ethanol content and you're going to lean out some....... As long as your not tuned to the ragged edge it should be alright. Ecu flash is your friend I try to keep my afr's around 12-12.3 on e85

Go to the alt fuel section and read up on it. Injectors, fuel pump, and a tune.
Less fuel mileage, somewhere around 30% less......
