Yes! The answer is always yes to that question lol. I would suggest though a little more injector though if you are doing e-85 though. Not that it isn't doable on 1000cc injectors but it will help lower your injector duty and also help with your drive-ability as well. Otherwise looks like a pretty stout setup.

340whp on MD is close to the limit of a stock evo 9 turbo. You could reach 380whp on E85 on a cool/cold day. If you are going for a new 93/E85 tune, you should look into 71HTA turbo and hit 400whp. With 1000cc injectors, your midrange power will be reduced (1300-1400cc would be enough to max out 71HTA). Last time I was on Facebook, there was a freshly rebuilt upgraded 71HTA with exhaust side for $799 shipped, IIRC. If he still has it and you want it, I may be able to get you a slight discount.

Yes. You will gain hp for sure! My friend with Evo 9 close to 400hp i think 390whp. the car run run a lot more smoother. For me it like almost 100whp difference.

I would advise selling off the throttle body and COP kit, since they aren't doing you any good, anyway. Use that money to buy larger injectors and an e85 tune. You would be really pushing the 1000s. Even an extra 50cc would help, so 1050-1200cc would be good. If your FMIC is 3-3.5" then you are good, any larger and you may wanna swap that too. That's all my opinion in regards to maximizing your setup without any cost out of pocket. If you are looking for less work/hustle/bustle then just get an e85 tune with what you have now. You will notice a small gain in power (limited by injectors) but response, torque, and thermal load properties will all be MUCH better. It's really a win/win. I'm not sure about where you live, but my local prices have e85 and pump gas running about even in terms of miles per dollar. Since you have access to 93oct, you may even same some money.
Like I said, just my $.02. I like to get the most out of mods and tunes, so I'm kinda' a minimalist. I don't subscribe to the "install bigger parts so you have room to grow" philosophy because the car tends to suffer in the mean time.

The biggest factor is the availability of e85 in your area. E85 is definitely a better fuel for so many reasons which mainly equate to making more power and keeping the engine happy. In vegas it’s widely available but for a short while last year most stations stopped selling it and I was forced to drive almost an hour each way to fill up. I kept the car on e85 in spite of the hassle but it’s definitely something to think about. Other than the sometimes spotty availability there is no down side in my opinion.

Theres 2 places near me with e85 40 mins from my house in opposite directions. A new gas station is being built near my house and hopefully it has e85. If it does ill call my tuner immediately otherwise ill still be on the fence about it

I haven't heard any cases of "injector gunk" over the past year or two, so I feel safer using it, though I still run pump gas through the system ever third tank, or so. It's also good for all the rubber parts.
I do still have a bit of concern over the corrosion I found on my fuel pump and hangar, though. It wasn't bad...yet. But still.

If i do e85 i plan on at least running new fuel lines just because these are still the stock ones from 2006. I have a brand new hangar and fuel pump in the car too so hopefully that helps a bit

The problem was from mixing e85 into storage tanks with old pump fuel, I believe. I think it's all been diluted/mixed/drawn out enough by now.

Anyone have an estimated MPG on e85 around 400WHP? FP green, 272’s ams front mount, map o2 dump, spoolin up COP kit, ID1000, built 2.0, buschur head, ported manifold.
