Can Ethylol 95% purity be used instead of ethanol at 99.9% purity?

Hi guys,as title states can we use ethanol at 95% purity and mix it with 15% gas to form e85 or ethanol has to be at 99.9% purity to be used as fuel in our cars without causing any harm?Image of the 200L barrel of ethylol 95 i bought attached.

Without seeing the full label on that drum it appears the company that makes Ethylol 95 is: https://chemi.co.za/ethylol-95/

If your EvO has a true Flex Fuel setup cant you just run this at the 95% value?

the link you sent is the supplier for ethylol 95.
what im worried about is that if its useable as fuel or not because its 95% ethanol and 5% water.
i will be mixing it with gas my self if its useable.
but what i wanted to know is if this is useable as the normal ethanol people use in the us without causing engine damage.

I understand. Im certainly not the guy to advise on the mixing details. Im strictly a pump E85 user. I was curious as to who the supplier was.

Cheers,

It appears to be E95 then. The concern I would have is what is the 5%? Someone said water? That would not be good.
I would pour it out and see if you get phase separation. The water may separate at the bottom of the sample.
Ethylol is more a industrial product for printing and solvent applications not a fuel. If too much water then you will likely get more corrosion too. Personally I would use a purer Ethanol.
