It seems that you have the tephra xml coding in your stock ROM xml. I open it here and this is a stock ROM ID. You are all messed up I think. You cannot just use tephra xml without a tephra ROM. I'd say don't try something before reading on how it works. There is a lot of info on this forums. Sorry if I'm wrong.
