Need help with Evoscan

Guys,

I just got my tactrix cable. I also have Evoscan and Ecuflash installed on my laptop. I plug the cable in the laptop USB port and the laptop sees the cable.

But when I open Evoscan and tell it to log I get this error message:

Unable to load DLL (FTD2XX.DLL).

How do I fix this? I already have Ecuflash installed so the FTD file should be in there.

Please help

I had the same error but as soon as the cble was pluged in it went away. make sure your selecting the cable as the port you want to use in ecuflash. go to options and the cable should be there, if not uninstall and reinstall with the cable pluged in. Once ecuflash sees the cable ecuscan will be good to go as well..

Thanks, but I fixed it. For some reason the Windows driver wizard was not poping up. I pulled the Tactrix usb plug and pullged it in the USB port and the Wizard popped up. Then I told the Wizard where the dll file was. It worked.
