I think it is voltage also, it only makes sense. You floor the gas pedal, tps voltage goes from 1 to 5 volts and ecu says uh oh hes rapin apes better switch to open loop.

Where is the switch-over point in that? All I see is a color gradient. Open and closed loop literally "switches". So why is there a gradient at all?

Learn me. I'm new at EVO's.
From 0-3500 RPM the switchover point is 3.01 volts from the TPS
From 3500-4500 RPM the switchover point is 2.50 volts from the TPS
etc.

Again, I haven't verified that the values are voltages, but It seems logical.
