i wouldnt just throw timing at the car....

i would work on fueling a bit...... your knock counts look good... id see what it does when you start pulling some fuel...... but not large amounts...

once you get your wideband, youll have a much better idea of where u are...

Throwing a degree of timing at it is about all you can do without a wideband

Ordering that wideband in a week .
Except near stoich, the output of a narrow band O2 will vary greatly with exhaust gas temperature. Its pretty worthless for fine scale afr measurement at any distance from stoich. If you really plan to tune yourself, get a wideband and install an EGT meas system.

If you are working from a stock map, I'd suggest just tweaking up boost and watching for knock counts, and instead of adding timing, lean out the fuel a bit and perhaps pull back timing slightly (after you get a wideband and EGT installed).
