This is the actual drive I would consider using as a replacement for a laptop hard disk. Its probably very expensive and not widely available yet. But as soon as I get some pricing and if its reasonable I'd replace my current hard disk for it.

 

do they have a smaller one out? say an 8 or a 16? obviously the data im recording, isn't gonna be huge

edit: looks like thats the first one out. hrm, very interesting stuff, i guess i wonder why it hasn't been out sooner.
