On a more serious note (unless you thought I was being serious- in that case: sell your EVO) the $52 base flash from Jestrtuning.com is the best bang for the buck mod I've ever encountered. Pulls all the way to 7800rpm with urgency now (well, more so than before to 7600rpm).

Just thought I'd share.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that gas mileage is also improved noticably.
