Anyone tuned EVOGREEN on stock ECU?
I did not personally tune it, but I have the EvoGreen and I'm running the stock ECU.
Stock cams, basic bolt-ons, Buschur exhaust mani & O2, 750cc injectors and I was at 372whp and 367tq at 22psi at a conservative 10.8 A/F.
Add SMC meth kit (with too small of a nozzle - m7) and I ended up at 409whp and 422tq at 29spi. Going back Friday with m10 nozzle for retune and fully expect 430whp and 450tq...more of each if I'm lucky
I will be making some adjustments to my FP wastegate to hold off the taper, and also to Mivec to hopefully get a little quicker spool. If I remember the graphs correctly (I have to get them when I go for the retune) I am hitting peak torque at 4000, but some Mivec changes may bring that down some. Without cams, horsepower falls off up top, but I don't care right now since I know they are coming and because I don't spend much time at all up there.
All on Dynojet.
I'm totally happy with my tune, even if some on here believe I should be higher. It's a very smooth tune, as opposed to the tune I had from the "Big" tuner. Driving it is really not any different than when I was stock...very very slightly later spool, but it hits so hard that I don't mind it at all.
