FTDI time-out?

I keep getting a FTDI timeout on Evoscan v.99 no matter what I do. Version .97 worked just fine. I have the timeout at 500 and the baudrate at 9600. It says that it connects then instantly times out. It will start to log a number then freeze, after 2-3 minutes I'll have a log of 7-8 frozen numbers that arent even correct. Such as idle will freeze at 7000rpm and my TPS will be at like 97, while at idle. I really need some help figuring this out as I am heading to the track next week.

Mine is v.99, timeout is 500, baud rate is 15625? I had to uninstall v.97, then delete the folder.

Installed v.99 and the first time I used it it had to install the drivers and works fine.

Good luck

Well I deleted all my old files and the reason I have the baudrate at 9600 is because thats what the Zeitronix said.

Do you have all the boxes checked on what to log? If you do uncheck Load mut 2byte mod and RPM mut 2byte mod and change the timeout to 1000

No, I didnt have them all checked. I set the time-out really high just to see what would happen and it still wouldnt log.

I tried to set my timeout to 1000, but it wouldn't stay. The last run I did worked, but then when I tried to look at the file in DLL my WBAF didn't show up... but it did in evoscan.

I went back to .97 for right now, I needed to check my knock counts w/ new plugs... everything worked fine.

The only time it didn't log for me is when I logged a freinds car. It timed out because I still had wideband checked from my car and he didn't have a wideband

2007, wow! Any additional info regarding this problem? I seem to be having this problem. I can't even log one item w/o getting a time out within 10 sec.

I'm in the middle of reinstalling Win 7 hoping it fixes the problem.
