I thought that you had passed over the A/C switch. Is there something in particular that you're trying to find?

mmm the A/C MUT request only works when the car is running, therefor im thinking its a compressor = on/off flag..

I just need a switch that I can use while the car is off (ive used the clutch + TPS) for other things...

How possible would it be to set a patch tha would keep the IC spray relay from being energized no matter what the current settings are, if knock sum reaches 8 counts?

The auto switch must still be functional when < 8 counts because I currently have the IC relay controlling my stock DV going in stop leak mode at 2.75 volts TPS and definately want to keep it functionable.

This would be a decent failsafe for me since the car only boosts to 19 psi with the IC auto switch off, but holds more solid than any other valve I used (stop leak mode) for over 30 psi

sorry C6 I didn't understand what you said

I am going to add a feature which automatically turns on water spray (ICS not meth injection) when knock appears (>1 knock over 150load say...)

I'm looking for the possibility to do the opposite, deenergize the IC spray relay at a set knock point e.g. > 5 counts. I currently have the IC relay energizing at 2.8volts TPS.

Currently whenever I'm at 2.8 TPS it energizes a solenoid that makes my DV collaps and hold shut without leaking (it's bubba engineered), if I can disable this only durring knock then that would be the ultimate failsafe for me because it would only boost 20 psi

DV?

ok so when you over a knock threshold you want to disable the IC relay... not a problem - it would have to be a custom jobbie for you thou, as Im not sure how many other people have your specific setup hehe

Yes, DV.

It's a painful process explaining how it works but yes, if the IC relay is deenergized at a set knock point then motor won't boost 20 psi (turbo will spin like mad but those are cheaper )

I'm just interested in the simple CEL flashing when the car knocks a designated amount or more.

Ooops Diverter Valve. I try to avoid calling the diverter valve by BOV. BOV's are pressure relief or venting valves, diverter or bypass valves are what evo's use.

Just a way with words you know, kinda like the organic equivalent to regulator valves are sphincters

BTW, It may be awhile till the unmodified ROM get's to you but I did find a 96420008 which I think is the same as a 96420007
