Evo anti-lag ECU disassembly
Okay the ralliart E7 rom has the same locations as the normal E7 rom.
Attached are the XML for
JDM7 : 98640014
Ralliart JDM7 : 90550001
JDM8 : 93660005
8MR : 96260007
All of the above XML's show the air injection table zero'd out on my ecuflash.
If you are manually copying these tables over to your existing XML then If the air injection table doesnt show zero's then you either have a different ROM ID or you forgot to copy the scaling across also. at the top of the XML there are 2 scales (rmpsecbyte and timesecbyte...something like that); make sure you copy these across to your XML as well.
and remember for full benefit you have to retard the ignition timming in the 'back off' areas of your ignition maps (say <30 load and >4000rpm)

excellent work mate
cheers for that.
now to test it

Well I had to blame either you nod911, or Cossie1, and he lives about 10,000 miles closer to me than you!

Seriously though, excellent work on the dissassembly. You've made a lot of people very happy (and their neighbours completely the opposite)!
one quick question is it possible to find the timing retard limit table???
this table is defined in ecuedit and it sets the maximum ammount of timing retard that can be set into the rom.
but in ecuedit the address is wrong, if we could find this it would mean we could have the timing set to -10 same parameters as in the Autronic ecu.
and then we will be able to run full antilag if required.
its just another option to play with.
Il me semble que t'es assez fort en anglais (plus fort que moi en francais sans doute!), mais si tu auras jamais besoin d'un petit peu de traduction, n'hesiter pas de me demander!
I did think this was possibly due to using the standard cams, but now you have said that, I guess it's not as your now on the GSC's.
It's not looking good for sourcing the SAS hardware from my mechanic, but I've put some feelers out and there are a couple of spare units knocking around the UK forum.
I'm just trying to get the owners to commit to a price they're willing to sell at...

it seems that this parameter is set to -5 so the timing cannot be retarded any lower than this,
if we can find this table it will mean we can set the timing way lower for more effect lol.
there is a downside of higher EGT's so we have to take small steps with this,

also we might have to drill out the banjo bolts for the SAS pipework going into the exhaust manifold for full effect as the stock holes are not so big,
Some testing is required.

He said it's something they always did to the rally cars.
