When I click on IC Relay Air Temp, I can't read the number because the window is too small. It says "2...". If I press "+" some 80 times it says "3...". Then I press "-" 100 times and it goes to "1...", so now I know that each click is 0.1 degrees C and it started around 24 degrees C. Is there a way to see the numbers though?

Also, can you change the IC Relay Control Vehicle Speed? It doesn't seem like it will edit.

Sounds like your definition isn't a match, there should be 3 digits to fit in there

That's what somebody else mentioned, but I don't quite understand this definition, XML, ROM thing yet. How do I get the right definition? Where do I get it? I have a '03 evo and just recently downloaded ecuflash 1.3.

Yah, it says 'temp'. So can anybody here give me the 3 step easy answer as to how to find the correct XML file?

What I would try is do a search on your computer for all xml files with your vehicle year as included text.

Find the file with your ID and see if the IC addresses matches, but it probably would

That's what mine are at (although its hard to read because of what I mentioned above), but why on earth would they have the air temp parameter at 215??? If that's measured at the air filter (like the MRT pdf file says) than you'd have to be driving on the sun for the sprayer to ever turn on. Is it really measured at the airbox? Or is there a manifold air temp sensor?

Air temp is measured through the MAF I believe.

I thought it was measured through the MAF as well, but then why is the temp set at 200+ C?? That frigin hot. All I can think is that the XML file I have makes the number appear incorrect. If that's so, then its pretty scary because you could think that you were adjusting one parameter, but you were really affecting something else... or something like that. I don't know what I'm talking about.

Mine are the same, why are they so whack on the first 3 items listed? Not even close to what documented on the pdf or is the xml def incorrect?
