Newb Tuning question (yea I searched)
Can I actually create my own tune myself with this program and not have to rely on an e-flash and have to tweak that?
Or is it dependent upon an e-flash first.

That's my exact set-up in that picture, all you need other than that is:
1. Laptop
2. Car
3. Common sense
