Some help with my tune
I'm looking for some insight as to why my car is significantly slower than it should be.
I recently got a dyno tune from a reputable shop, putting out 262whp on their Dyno Dynamics with full Stage 1 bolt ons.
I have since added a FMIC and LICP.
I put down 220 on my stock map and 262 after the tune. This was before I did my FMIC and LICP, but all other mods in my sig were done at the time. I do not have a cat, just an open test pipe.
If anyone wants to examine my logs, they are available at http://out.psysem.com
The first is the stock FMIC and stock LICP, the second is the AGP FMIC and Nisei LICP. I don't have a wideband, but may get one soon. I don't have my ROM available at this time.
Boost was logged with the dyno, it didn't need to be changed that much. I went in with it set to spike at 21 and when I left it spiked at 23, still no knock. We turned it up to 25 and got 3-4 counts, this is with 93 + torco accelerator in a mild mix (32oz of Torco and 14 gallons of 93)
Thanks in advance for any help you are willing to provide.

You're logging way too much useless data. Unless you're tinkering with fuel trims, no need to log the fuel trim data. No need to log any of the NB O2 data either. Its about 99% useless unless you're troubleshooting some specific problem related to those sensors. Same for baro, ISC steps, and battery. 1-byte airflow is useless too. I don't know what airvol measures, but its all over the place making it meaningless too. If you disable all these items, you'll get many more log entries for the important items.
I ran your logs through my HP/TQ calculator. Results are attached and are comparable to your 262 HP/257 TQ on the dyno. With the mods you have, you should be pushing much more HP/TQ than that. Seems like a very soft torque peak and not much after that. Could just be an ultra conservative tune. Without 2-byte load, its hard for me to say anything beyond that. Boost and AFR would make it easier to comment also.

were these logs done on the dyno? if so the loading on the rollers can effect the rpm/time logs used in mrfred's spreadsheets. Try and take a log on on the road and see how it effects the log's and mrfred's power plots.
for comparison - i put down about 270 on a DD Dyno in CT with Cf=1.15% with just a catback, on a humid 70* day with a stock tune. which should be close to 234 on DSGs dyno. you should ask them what a typical bonestock IX puts down on their dyno. cause even before the tune, you seemed a little down on power.

Did you ask the guys at DSG why your cars power was down? If so what did they say? Why is your problem the tune and not something else?
I would have just paid the guys at DSG to diagnose and fix the car

Matt seemed stumped with my car. He was working off the stock map and for whatever reason, the car isn't making good power.
I have a Jestr M1 that I may throw in there to see how it does

K&N is throwing things off a little (both fuel trims and load calc it would seem), chances are the car is a little rich up top and lean near torque, and its stock MIVEC.
Looking at the AFRMAP numbers if everything else were equal (meaning lean spool was still enabled) you are somewhere in the 10.7-11.0 range at peak power. On 93 with Torco your timing should be way positive and the fuel should be 11.3-11.5 or so. It almost looks like you are on a stock timing map. You dont hit clip (1603) till 5900 which is about 700 rpm late for the amount of boost you are running which could indicate a boost leak or stock MIVEC like I pointed out earlier.
Honestly it looks like its time for a peak under the hood to make sure things are where you left them (new parts usually equate to boost issues) and maybe a new tuner.
Looking at the AFRmap conversions I am seeing 9.9 in your fuel map near peak torque and 9.5 in the middle and then 10 when the lean spool comes off. Interesting.

My concern is the negative timing numbers. Either the high octane timing maps are set that way or something else is causing the car to run negative timing. Look in your Rom and tell us what the timing profile looks like. Are their negative numbers in the load areas that you are hitting? For example, is there a number -6 in the 300 load area @ 3000 rpm as your log indicates. But the the LoadCalc seems off which make things harder to pinpoint.
On a stock map there is a -5 at 260, a -6 at 280 and then another -5 @ 3000-3500(matching his log coincidentally). I wouldnt be surprised if this is a stock timing map he is running on. Which could mean two things.
#1 He got the laziest tune ever.
#2 it knocked itself into the low octane map.

OK, so here's my Jestr M1 @ 23psi compared to my dyno tune @ 23psi (Jestr is bold, Dyno is light):

I've also put my dyno tune ROM image on http://out.psysem.com if anyone wants to help me out.
Thanks so much for your time and knowledge
