Mitsulogger - Low fuel trim
Hi
Just for documentation!
If my low fuel trim on mitsulogger is reading -3 what does that tell me? (On evoscan the high fuel trim reads 92). All other trims are 0 (or 100 in evoscan).
(Upgraded injectors to 750cc)
I feel the idle is a bit low(ish)... Not smooth as stock.
Stock idle was 845, now it is 815 according to logs.
What does the -3 tell me? Before with stock injectors my low and mid trim were 2 in mitsulogger.

For some odd reason the .99 version of evoscan put the low trim as the high trim and visa versa. I don't know if that was on purpose or by accident. Pervious versions of Evoscan had it the same as Mitsulogger. I posted this but do not know if evo4mad read it or not.

Don't worry about making the idle leaner. Your -3% is fine. It won't stay at -3 anyway. Watch it for a while over a few days/weeks. It will adjust up and down a bit. That's what the trims are for.
If you find that it starts drifting further away and staying there, like -10%, then you can worry about fixing that. There are a few ways of doing it. You can search for a few posts that I have made on scaling injectors, deadtime (latency), and how changing latency and scaling will affect the different trims.
But don't worry about anything now. You're fine.

Update:
Increased latency a notch (0.024) and now it idles better and the trim is at -1. The main thing is that it idles better. Before car would slighlty shake - driving me nuts!
Result!
