So I got ecuflash and my tactrix cable. I went to plug the cable to OBDII port and then to the laptop. Vista detects new hardware and attempts to install driver and fails. Anyone ever have this problem? Of course, something always goes wrong for me when it comes to simple stuff like this

 

i'm not sure if its compatible with vista, i suggest using a laptop with xp....or installin xp on to yourlaptop just for your logs in a dual boot.

 

It works with vista.

My tuner has vista on his laptop.

you are the administrator of the pc? u should log in for install it

install the ecuflash first then you connect the cable
