personally, i would try to get something to datalog boost, then tune wgdc first, tune accordingly, then set bdel / tbec at the end.
Yeah, I have read everything on that page about 40 times, believe me. Even all the attached links to all the other threads. All of the tuning information seems to be scattered throughout all that information, and I guess I was trying to consolidate it into one single area.

I have ordered the JDM MAP sensor through Mrfred, and hope he gets around to "Overnighting parts from Japan, if he has to.." He he, sorry about that...

I don't think you can really do it in that order, if you associated that list with order to tune. If you tune the WGDC maps first, then the BDEL, you will have to tune the WGDC again after setting the BDEL, I would think, but then again, I have been wrong before.

Once I get the JDM MAP sensor, I think I am going to do a very detailed write up on how to do it (By my method, which might not be the best, but we will see) so that it is consolidated in one place. Hopefully it will help at least a few people, and if not, well, I get the false gratification that I did something!

You can do it if you turn error correction (TBEC) off by putting 0 in the whole table. Then set your WGDC to your desired boost level. Check what load columns you are in at each RPM, either by logging 2byte load or going by your logged timing numbers (without knock). Then you set your BDEL + offset to match the load numbers, then turn TBEC back on.

I've personally found it's easier to set boost with TBEC still on, on most cars. Some cars do odd things with load and will not fit in the "rulebook". I've tuned over 25 evos with ecu boost so far and most are unique. Different flow means different load, which means different wgdc, etc.
