Well, I added the xml language to my current xml 015 and then looked @ your patched rom and found the tables. The surprize is that I looked @ MY unpatched rom and ALSO found the CEL/Knock tables!!! The numbers in the tables are different, but the tables are there, nonetheless. Can I simply edit the numbers I want in my rom's CEL/Knock tables?

I thought that the tables will only appear on your patched rom!!!

The tables in ECUFlash are based on the XML data which you changed. You can edit those values in ECUFlash on your current ROM but you will get no result. There are other changes, behind the scenes if you will, that have been made to the patched ROM that actually make the patch work. These changes will not be reflected in ECUFlash and you need to use the provided patched ROM for this to work.

Will this work if your cel is already on? My rear o2 sensor threads were damaged when I removed it from the cat. I intend to rethread it but for now I'm just driving around with the cel on. Will the cell still flash if it is already on?

Nice work.

I would be interested to look at the source code if possible, quicker than running it through IDA Pro to see how you've done it.

Dave,

One thing I noticed last night when I was tuning for my S1's is that if I waited for the CEL to stop flashing BEFORE I started the car back up it would stay off. If I started the car immediately it would stay on for the 1.5-8 mins that it does when you initially flash and change the ROM so significantly.

Second this question. Are we changing all the values that you have in your bin in the mods section? Or just the time and we can set the load, knock, etc.. to our liking?
