Can't datalog..with either mitsulogger or evoscan

As the title says..evoscan will not intialize...with mitsulogger its sampling rate is super slow (2-3 data points during a 3rd gear pull)

But I can read/write to the ecu fine using ecuflash

how many mhz is your computer when it is running on battery?

You may be having problems if it is less than 300mhz.

Try disabeling log to screen and enable superspeed

I have a similar problem, Evoscan initilizes then immediately disconnects because it gives me a "cannot open com port 1" then "unable to local file" then shuts down...
Mitsulogger works, but freezes and dies when i tell it i have an LC-1

it intializes..maybe captures 1 or 2 bytes of data, then disconnects. Does this 14-15 times before it faults out saying its some usb error

Do you have another laptop to try this with (same cable)? Sounds like a hardware issue....

i was having the initializing and then deactivating problem... if you read the little box i was missing a dll file.. i google and download the file... also make sure if you are trying to log wideband, that you have a wideband and it is being used through the correct setting/choice (ie innovative ect.) try unchecking most of the logs, go with engine speed and rpms, the basics, and work your way up... thats what i had to do... some of the logs wont log, and with that your logger will disengage immediately after engaging

good luck

Why are you selecting "com port 1"? Still select the same usb/mitsu box. Then go up to wideband lc1 and select the com port the wideband is using. Go to device manager while the serial is plugged in and it will tell you the com port

In my case I was on the usb/mitsu box, and it still said there was a problem with COM 1.

Is your wideband in com 1? Switch the com port its in and give it a shot
