very strange, I installed and uninstalled it a few times, in doing so, the rom base def some how fixed itself so they all say big, so it works fine now

i just reinstalled 1.30...

it wouldnt let me change my .xml using notepad...
so, i just went back to 1.30, and it works just fine on my -15 rom. Only, I still am unable to read/flash Evo8 Ecu's

I blame all of this on Vista...
