I just paid for and downloaded evoscan and when I try to run the program it asks me to enter my email address then my serial number. Where is the serial number I don't see it anywhere in my email reciept or in the folder?

Do you have a spam filter on your email? It might have gone into the junk folder. Whenever you find it be sure to copy it and store it somewhere safe.

 

yes you should have received and email with a clicky link to get your serial number...

yeh he normally takes a while to answer - gets lots of emails supposedly..

use his MSN (look in the evoscan feedback thread) to contact him!

1) I'm on the opposite side of the world, some days I check my email 20 times a day, sometimes only once at 2am when I get home from work.. please give me a fair chance to reply.
2) the instruction says to click the "return to merchant" link like most paypal systems on the internet do, and you get the serial instantly.
4) you sent an email to the wrong email address, I cant do evoscan support from the hotmail address that you were never told to use by me. You were given the correct email address to use.
5) I am registered on 1,000s of internet forums, I can never check all the messages, nor hotmail accounts. so all correspondance to evoscan@limitless.co.nz please.
6) I have your email, and would have replied sooner if I didn't have to write this message.
