I'm using the GM solenoid was wondering what are good baseline settings from which to begin?

Thanks.

I put in:

Reactivate On - 2250
Reactivate Off - 2156
Deactivate On - 7500
Deactivate Off - 7500

My problem was "Reactivate On" was set to 24,000. I think the ecu was only seeing the last 4 digits so thats why my boost control wasnt working until 4000rpm.

You shouldnt have to mess with these values when tuning, just use the MWGDC, BDEL, BCLO and TBEC tables

I know this thread is a little old, but I had this issue as well, even using the XML that Razorlab posted here ... I was able to fix all of the table and get the correct values that Razorlab listed by simply changing the scaling of all 4 tables to "RPMStatLimit." This seems to be defined correctly in the XML code posted here, but doesn't carry over to the tables when viewed in ECUFlash.

Changing the scaling is simple ... simply choose Edit Map on any of the 4 tables and then go to the Evo9Base tab. Change the scaling there to RPMStatLimit. I also defined the scaling for each map individually under the 88590015 tab, but I don't think that is necessary.

The values of these tables decide at what RPM the boost control solenoid stops regulating boost and just runs at 100% duty.

Yes .. activation is the RPM when the solenoid starts to work and control boost and de-activation is where it stops. Outside of these values the WGDC will always be 100%. I'm not exactly sure why there are 2 tables for each though ...

Whenever I log WGDC, the solenoid sits at 0% duty cycle until it reaches the activate RPM, so it seems to me that its off before reaching the activate RPM. I've never seen what happens above the deactivate rpm.

If you keep it at 7500, and you have WGDC below 100%, the WGDC will jump to 100% no matter what past 7500. Even if you have rescaled your WGDC tables past 7500.

Seems that it is 0% before the activation and 100% after deactivation then ... that makes sense. Thanks for the clarification guys.
