Im able to read my stock rom that I had saved so i'd say that rules out me not having the right rom definition in ecuflash.

 

Well ive asked jestr about the same thing and he told me all i had to use was the unlocker to fix the exsact thing you have. and Yes actually i can veiw the roms saved on my pc too that doesnt mean that you can view the one's on your ecu.

 

Alrighty then so where does that leave me? lol This is getting so aggrivating its almost laughable.

I have the same thing going on with my IX , but mine had a dynoflash in her when i got her .....

 

I just resolved this problem. I had the same problem, then I found it was a busted tactrix cable. I can log using evoscan but can't reflash nor read stock rom. other reason could be ecu lock or too cold not enough battery voltage.
