That is OK - if your idle settles in the target rpm and is within the "desired IS steps" - it will not throw the code.

thru ecu perephery, if I can find what bin # the IACV is . I can simply just disable it with changing it from 1 to 0.

thanks evoemperor you gave me the idea, i was sound asleep in my bed. Work and said " I GOT IT" should of seen the look on my wifes face. I was outside with my PJ pants on LOL.
