how to reset ecu if original map is lost???

No because he needs the immobilizer number that is in his key. With out that the car will not start. You have to go to the dealer so they can read it and reprogram your ECU.

Can't you just disable the immobolizer code? I have seen Jack do this before.

Ty sir....i just wanted to know why that would not work. It makes sense that the key immob. and the immob. code in the ecu should match.
