I wasnt sure where to ask this so im asking the ppl who prolly use this program the most. I have a mitsubishi specific cable the cable works fine cause I can read my ecu rom using ecuflash but when I go to start logging with evoscan I am getting this

Info: Initialization Complete...

Info: Connection successful...
Error: Unable to open COM1
Access is denied
Info: Datalogger Ended.

I went into the device manger and changed the comport to 1 as well but im getting the same message. Does anyone have any further suggestions?

you have a External Wideband?
yes,set the right com-port.

if not, unset "external Wideband A/F Ratio" on the items to log

 

No, I am not using an external wide band but I do see where that paremeter was selected I'll try that thanks. I hope that will fix it
