I have a quite ready version (should update to last mrfred's post) for 88840016 and 88840017.

I just got word that the bit representation syntax is set, so unless anyone has any other changes for the evo9base.xml file, suggest that it become the final for this release of ECUFlash.

I'm going to post 88840016 and 17 soon.

An opinion: is there a way to show "Coolant temp scaling" and "IAT scaling" in a better way? In horizontal or vertical it is too long...

Why in evo9base does "Knock Sensor Filter Map 12" have a "timing" scale? Should it be uint8?

Neither orientation is optimal. Horizontal has the advantage of being able to see the entire table, but pasting data does not work in horizontal format. Vertical has the opposite issues.

Done my best with the attached by manually editing your 88590015. There are a lot of differences between JDM and US with maps in one that aren't in others (eg no knock filters, EGR, evap, but twin solenoids, IC, SAS), but I've tried to stick to the style where possible. I haven't had chance to look for your newest boost control stuff, even logging WGDC doesn't work so far on JDM - there are two channels and the code is rather different. I cannot test it in Ecuflash (which is 1.29a anyway) without messing up my installation even by moving and renaming files (I've tried) as I have too much stuff inheriting other stuff and I get loads of parser errors when I try. I hope my weak attempt over the last two hours helps! I cannot put much more into it as I'm packing to move house.

Yeah, there are parse errors where there is no address value. I'll probably comment some stuff out for the time being. Still very handy though. Based on what you have, I think I'm going to reorganize the boost section. I'm going to create a non-JDM and a JDM section.

tephra, do your ROM files need any updating for the latest evo9base.xml file?

Another question for you tephra -- In going through jcsbanks IC spray stuff, I noticed that your revised IC spray section left out the following entries that were in the original IC Spray section:

Code:
 <table name="IC Relay Timer ON Mode Switch Time" category="IC Spray" type="1D" scaling="TimeSec"/>

  <table name="IC Relay Timer On Time" category="IC Spray" type="1D" scaling="TimeSec"/>

  <table name="IC Relay Timer Off Time" category="IC Spray" type="1D" scaling="TimeSec"/>
Do these tables not exist in your ROM or all ROMs?

they exist, but I decided to remove them as:
1) will never need to be modified
2) names confuse ppl

i know we want to try and xml as much stuff as possible, but I think in this case less-is-more

I will upload latest 88580013/14 files soon

The On mode switch time is confusing and not necessary, the on/off might be useful to set the effective duty cycle when the spray is active, although I don't think I changed them from stock.

agreed - maybe make them developer options, and rename them to something meaningful?
