razorlab,

What is your hacked airbox mod? Can you describe it or post pictures? How loud the DV and turbo is with this setup?

With the stock 2ndary pill (by the solenoid) is it supposed to be pushed up right against the nipple, or is it supposed to be out in the hose with some space before the nipple?

it's away from the nipple about 1 or 3/4 to an inch.

The larger pill on the turbo side should be in the vac line to the compressor outlet. The other vac line off the T has a red marking at the end and that goes to the actuator.
I recently put the car back to stock, and been having an issue of not being able to build anything over 0.7 bar. I did a boost leak and everything seems to be intact except for small "hissing' type of leak from around the tb, seems to be the shaft seals.
I did route the stock boost lines as bryan suggested above, and i am still having the same issue. here is a pic showing what I have and how I connected it. Note where the red circles are, there is a boost pill.

Connected 3 to the bcs (port closest to the plug)
4 goes to 11 (tee)
9 goes to jpipe
7 to wga
8 goes to 10

The car is bone stock, running rom#88590015. I did put the egr back on the car, and I am still running a 255 walboro.
No cel's either!

any suggestions on what to look for next? I was thinking of running an MBC next just to check for any hardware issues.
Thanks for you help!

Update:
I put an MBC and by passed the stock lines and I was able to achieve the stock boost target, so no hardware issues. Next I need to figure out the stock lines/pills and how they are lined up.

I used a #60 when I first started modding. Switched to the GM 3-port solenoid. It's far superior. And by the time that you get the drill bits, the alum rod, the hoses, break a drill bit, go get another, you could just buy the GM 3-port. $28 for solenoid and wiring pigtail.

Here is the layout:

1- goes to the port on the bottom of the intake
2- goes to the port on the BCS, closest to the plug.
3- goes to the other port on the solenoid
4- goes to 10
5 & 6 - That hose doesnt go here at all
7 - to the wastegate
8 - to 11
9- to the nipple on the turbo outlet pipe.

Hopefully that helps.
