small laptop ecuflash?

hi, going to ask it here though a little off topic.

been looking at those miniature computers, aka tablets, or umpc, basically a 7" screen running xp tablet.

thinking I could configure a mount using the coin box on the dash and log during lapping etc., plus use it as a dash.

will ecuflash work with the xp tablet os ? logworks, evoscan?
thanks

check out the new Asus eee pc with XP Home.

$399, XP Home, super small. Flash Mem instead of HD.

I am purchasing one for datalogging track cars. It's perfect.

yeah I want one!

however I am still tossing up between something like BarryC has, but hopefully with a touch screen that replaces the DoubleDin stereo!

now that would be hella cool!

I got a Samsung Q1 UMPC last week & loaded evoscan on it, but I wont be able to test it out for a few weeks since the car is down right now.

UMPC's are proven to work just fine...as long as their system specs are decent.

I have been using a Toshiba Libretto for the last few years.

it was the smallest 'true' UMPC that still felt comfortable to use. These days you have more choices. Just be aware that some may not provide enough power to drive the reflash function on a Tactrix cable.
