FIC 950's - any issues/praises?
I'm contemplating a set of FIC 950cc injectors for my evo. I'm currently hitting 127% IDC on the stock injectors, spraying about 425cc's of alky on top of it. 950's (some say they are more like 1000's, but whatever) should bring my peak IDC's down in the 65% range. This also leaves me with plenty of headroom if I want to go E85 later.
Does anyone have any success or failure stories with these FIC 950's?
Thanks in advance!

Ran 1050 FICs with good sucess in our 35R evo.
Have some 950s FICs out with local customers and no issues.
Great brand injector we sell a good amount of.

I run the FIC 850's and although it is a little difficult to dial them in on the stock ECU with a stock turbo (because they are scaled down so much). However I love them now. With a good tune and some experience with latencies they are very good for a daily driver. Of course like everything else I am sure you could get a lemon.
I'm happy!

If the pictures on the FIC website are accurate, the spray pattern is much better. Even with the injector being a larger size, it should have better driveability because of the spray pattern. Everyone here running the 1050s have only praise, and if you really are serious about running E85, then 1050s are the safer option.

well, when starting off on the tuning (touringbubble is doing my actual tuning) We had a really hard time getting them in line. They had to be scaled a lot lower than the 950's should have been. I want to say something in the lines of 650-700's?
drivablity since getting the latencies scaled down has been very well.

I have the FIC1050's and have nothing but praise for them.
FWIW, mine are scaled to 1083, friggen huge. The flow chart sent with them had an average flow of 1070 if memory serves me correctly. On 93, with my recent retune, the max IDC I see on 93 is 51-52% now. I really like mine, and the low speed driveability is perfectly fine.
Like a few people have mentioned, it did take me quite a bit of time to get them dialed in, and my latencies don't look anything remotely like stock..
