No sorry for the confusion

I placed it just before the cat and spliced the output wire at the ecu harness with the zeitronix output. I kept the original o2 sensor in place the whole time so it wouldn't throw me o2 heater codes.

It looks easy enough ... but I honestly haven't touched the LM programmer since I installed the sensor.

I used one of the Innovate LC-1 outputs to drive a Gauge on a Apexi Turbo timer. One thing for certain is after making changes and saving them they do not always stick so check twice to insure your changes have indeed been saved.

Okay, so I've been working on this today ... it's up and running and I can lean out closed loop, but the AFR tends to search a bit more than the stock sensor. I can get it to average about 15.8 or so, but it will bounce from 17:1 to 14.5:1 or something crazy like that.

I've tried probably 40 different output curves and they all seem to get the same result. But, I've been testing them at idle and not at cruise. I've stepped back and am going to try the simplest solution I can muster and test it at cruise. Cross your fingers.

Alright, I was able to do some more testing today and my simple solution worked. I've got my AFR target around 15.8:1 now and it's fairly steady. I get a little oscillation of about .3 AFR either way, but the O2 feedback isn't going haywire now, the idle is smooth and the trims are pretty much in check.

I'm going to post a how to for the install and setup, but EvoM is insanely slow today. I'll probably post it tomorrow.

I would imagine setting it so "Analog output one" is 1.1V = 15.1 AFR and .1V = 16.1 AFR would be close to your goal of 15.8AFR closed loop switching.

I believe I used 15.3 and 16.3 ... but yes.

Yeah, the Innovate setup seems to be a bit more cumbersome than the Zeitronix setup. You just type in the desired AFR in zeitronix and it holds that AFR perfectly. Innovate should try to mimic their layout for the narrowband simulation.

I did a little more testing today, and these settings seem to work a little better ...

0.80v = 15.55 AFR
0.10v = 16.30 AFR

This seems to give a pretty consistent 15.65:1 or so with less bouncing around ...

You guys are hella lucky! If you have never used the PLX interface thank goodness, because I have to mimic the narrowband curve on the lcd of the unit itself! No pc software what so ever. I don't believe it even scales properly since it intended for a wideband output (0-5v). I have to change lambda at each voltage point as well! Not intuitive at all!
