Depending on price, this may very well be an immediate upgrade for me. The fact that he's planning on supporting the Innovate data bus as an integral part of the logger is a nice win for me; saves me needing to get something like a SSI-4 and Innovate's datalogger, or bother with wiring up the analog output of the LC-1 to the ECU directly (opening an input up for something else ).

Since it supports CAN I am wondering if this means the Ralliart and X arent too far behind in the software department?

I love the idea of being able to log to a mini sd card...I wonder how you will tell it when to log?

Might be like the AEM EMS.....when the car meets a certain parameter (Like 100% TPS) it starts logging....

yea that would be cool, it would be awesome if you could configure the trigger factors.

That's exactly how LogWorks works too; I've set it up such that I can trigger logs automatically when TPS goes over 85%, and then shut it off when TPS drops lower than 25% (and logs an additional 10 seconds afterward). Given that he's explicitly added Innovate data bus hardware support, I suspect he's already seen that.

I'm curious what the software side of this is going to look like.

Awesome. This is a big step toward ECUFlash for the X and RA.

does anyone know if the cable will allow you to turn on the ACD pump like the EvoScan cable does?

I'm sure it will function similarly to the original for earlier mitsubishi Evos.. The CAN Bus and passthrough are great new features as is the logging.

I'm going to get one ASAP so I can develop tools for it.

I wonder if it is already being produced, otherwise it might be worth it to contact Colby and ask about the idea of having it be able to bleed the ACD. If the EvoScan cable can do it I can't imagine why this one couldn't.
