Buschur intake pipe
I heard that the intake pipe needs 2 bends , I also had trouble with the buschur pipe,I got it replaced and the idle is 100% better. I replaced it with one from tuning technologies and has the standard 2 bends in it before the turbo I heard to keep the air straight?
I love Buschur Parts but in my experience there intake pipe didnt work well in my car .

I think you need a real tune by someone who actually knows what they are doing. Take your car to Shane at DB in Rogers, MN and I'm sure you'll walk away thrilled with how your car drives. Locally, both Scheides and I have the Buschur intake pipe with zero issues.

You guys also have different setups than I do. When you installed your Buschur pipe without a tune, did it ever not want to start?

It's not only that I don't want to take it to a tuner...I want to learn myself. That is why I read and read and research plus this is what these forums are for.
You just seem to start a LOT of new threads revolving around the same issues...

Well, mine started up, idled until it warmed up then died and wouldn't start even though the injectors are scaled perfectly. I've got the car to run with the Buschur now but just needs fine tuning.
Also, I have an idea of how to scale and have been doing so since a month or 2 ago. It just seems so that this Buschur part might not be suitable for my use.

You didn't answer my question, what makes your setup so different than mine? Are you running some crazy huge cams or something? Which orientation do you have the pipe installed, with the short end into the turbo or the mas? This can yield different results too!
Why do you must stick with a hard pipe? why can't you just put back the stock one if it runs Perfectly fine? I used to think that pipe will make a difference, but realized don't waste my time and money on part like that. If the buschur doesn't work just stick with the stock one. Aftermarket hardpipe is known for problems for stock MAF. That little pipe will not yield you significant hp gain

Well, I have GSC S2's. They're not that huge of cams. I have the short end to the turbo.
