To verify the control map is working, try dropping the 100% values for 50 and 62 degrees down to zero. What you should notice is by 50 degrees the car should feel alot more alive as the warmup retard is dialled out, as it normally would have felt with the motor at operating temp.
You can zero the whole map, but the point here is to prove that the map is actually functioning correctly as a control map. You can see what we go through when finding new maps. Find the code and what you are pretty sure it does, then go to the car and make changes that will give proof that it is correct. It is very time consuming work.

Ahhh, I just read more carefully. Baro could be the trim. That can be tested, I will just go for a drive up the mountain nearby with a large trim on the map and see the effect. Thanks.

X axis is Speed @ 16F0 with scaling x*2 [km/h] = Vehicle speed
But I cannot confirm if this is sequencial as pointers to columns have indexes
therefore it is not ascending linear.

all of these MAPS are guarded by either immo/init code. So I think they are of importance, some are for obvious reason (AFR, IGN) but it seems there are still some white spaces in major maps

Ah, one more thing, this makes the map switching an easy job,

Fan duty logging rocks! I logged Fan duty and Coolant temp, and found that the fan turns on at 95 degree celcius, instead of 88 at the control map.
Also it turns off below 93 degree celcius.
Is any scaling might be off by 7 degree celcius? (Either I am reading higher coolant temp than Fan control unit does, or temp scaling of Fan control is off by 7?)

I looked through the code to find the actual road speeds but it was taking too much time. Much quicker to test in the field and the results have been repeatable.
If the temps dont line up you should check you are logging the correct data. For Engine Temp I believe the default Request number was 07, but the correct one to log is 10. The formula should be x-40. Just create a new Item and use these values.

Ok so since there are no running priming maps for 94170008, i figured it's finally time to switch to 94170015.. So i transferred everything into a fresh 0015 ROM just to find out there are no definitions for "Warmup Ignition Retard Temp Control" for that ROM...
So i have 2 questions:
1. Can someone post that definition pls?
2. If instead (or until someone posts it) I zero out the values in so called Boost Enhancement Enrich/Enlean table, would that have any effect on anything else besides warm-up operation?
