Ok, so I know with a front mount you can run a little more timing and with that you can adjust the AFR values in Ecuflash accordingly.

My question is how do you tune when you put in new camshafts? What values in Ecuflash need to be changed to accomodate said modifications. If anyone else has any mods that they want to throw in and question feel free to do so in this thread as well, there may be things that I haven't mentioned.

Tune with a wideband sensor for afr and evoscan for timing/load/etc... Adjust your Fueling and timing maps accordingly until your car is perfect. Check the sticky at the top of this forum. Its a very good write up on the major aspects of the tuning process. And use the search!

Agreed. I think for fairly inexperienced people it's a good tool to use to make small changes (such as changing just an intercooler on an otherwise tuned car) but I think for those who don't know too much about what they're doing or those without a wideband a professional tuner is still a good route to go. You can tweak things from there, especially things they may not touch like idle.
