Which Map do you guys need to help?
Which Map do you guys need to help?
Well, my buddy Tamer at 4WS is real busy so just out of curiosity, which map do you guys need to help me understand on how to tune my ecu? My mods are: hallman mbc set at 24lbs, runs on 93 octane, 3" DP, cat delete, Works exhaust, HKS 264/272 camshaft and gears set at 0 deg, Injen Intake and DP, AEM wb and Walbro fuel pump.
Sorry but I'm removing the image of the base map for the brotherly love of Tamer. Maybe someday when I try to help tune a friend's car, I can post it up....

Here's my second 3rd gear pull after the first one.

Hopefully not too much pictures in here but I'm sure pictures and data makes it easier for a lot of people when it comes to trying to help solve a problem.
tephra - I heard a lot of great things about your knowledge. It's well respect in here. I appreciate you're trying to help. Anyways, my question was basically asking you which map is good to make change when it comes to tuning.

Look at your knock @3812rpm - you need to add more fuel, 12+ AFR is too high.
First off - You are not logging boost - although its not 100% necessary its good.
Second - Richen up your fuel map from 3000rpm -> 6500rpm, loads 180-> 280.
Third - You really should rescale your load axis's to more than 260, as you are hitting loads of 280...
Take baby steps - fixing one thing at a time and then you will be fine.

Your load scales only go to 260, you should really get a rescale to 300 to give you more control in the high load cells, even though you are showing load calc rather bthan 2 byte load. And you're way lean for pump, you are on just pump fuel arn't you?

Where is the wideband sensor installed?
I see these are still the basemaps without corrections based on your logs.
It means to me that Tamer did not even started to tune your car.
Finally I wonder what do you mean with "real busy"? He responds very fast and he explains a lot more than average.
And I also think you should not publish basemaps.

I'm not saying that he's a bad tuner. He's a great tuner and the reason I did this is because I want to learn a little about tuning. I know he'll be glad to teach me but I'm just a little shy to ask.
But I ask him to help when it comes to installing and problem
