Load Limit? - Anyone Ever See >380?

Something appears to be pegged. I'm hitting exactly "380" load and staying at exactly that figure from 5200rpm until at least 7500 rpm. I never see anything greater than exactly "380", so that begs the question as to if there is some load limit in the factory ECU.

Anyone?

That is not good. If this thing is capped at 380 load as it appears to be, this won't work.

On DSM's we had a thing called the injector cap. Basically I put a big turbo on one day, and compensated for my bigger injectors in the ecu, something that was not normally done years and years ago (people would AFC to fool the ecu). At any rate I would hit a cap where my injector pulsewidth wouldn't go any higher. Looking further it turned out to be a Load cap, wheras the ecu would just not accept a bigger number because it is irreverent, a stock car could NOT go this high so I guess mitsu decided to just cap it in case something went way haywire.

So basically some guys smarter than me found the section of code that capped the load and we NOP'd it out with 01 01 01 01 01 01 and wallah no more injector cap

Sounds like the evo ecu is doing the same thing. If anybody wants PM me or something and I can show you the code fix in the DSM ecu if that helps anybody.

EDIT:

I attached my notes that I saved for the IPW cap removal........
