Ignition Retard Limit
did you put in these
<scaling name="TimingMUT" units="degrees" toexpr="x-20" frexpr="x+20" format="%.0f" min="-20" max="60" inc="1" storagetype="uint8" endian="big" />
<table name="Ignition Retard Limit" address="1813d" category="Timing" type="1D" level="2" scaling="TimingMUT" />
<table name="Ignition Advance Limit" address="1813f" category="Timing" type="1D" level="2" scaling="TimingMUT" />

If you've added the new retard limits as above your XML should now have at least two retard limits showing in ECUFlash and both need to be set to -20 deg, depending on the scaling. Setting up new maps in ECUFlash can sometimes be a little tricky and it sounds like you haven't got the retard limits defined correctly, but Todd will sort you out, he knows what he's doing.

I had something weird happen,, when I was messing with the launch maps
I adjusted both the retard limits and also added - timing to the the launch map
(nlts was on) So I was at the drag strip and 1-2 nlts was fine but as soon as got into 3rd gear the car fell on its face,,, no boost felt like if I went from 1st-like 5th gear,,,
