higher boost/lower timing - how far is too far?
^^^ Sounds about right for the street/drag (depending on the amount of injection of course) If road racing add some more fuel "for more cooling" say 11.0-11.3, it will loose power but at least you will be safe.

Wow, very insightful postings....I am running 100% meth now with 91 (factory 9 turbo) and would LOVE to try adding H20, the question I have is what is the best process? If my current tune is knock free, 28 psi tapering to 21psi, AFRs ~10.8 - 11.3, timing 4* peak to 15* redline, should I :
(1) Just add 50% H20 (distilled) and log
(2) Add 50% H20 and change boost and timing (if so, which and by how much) and log
(3) Add 50% H20 and change boost, timing, and AFR (if so, which and by how much) and log
Thanks!

I've now logged about 30 roadcourse hours on a 37,000mi motor in my '03 running 24ishpsi on a stock turbo and 11:1 AFR, 4 deg min. timing, windshield wiper fluid injection (~40% meth, 378cc/min). I can safely say that this combo works. To be honest, I could really do with a good failsafe though. Last time my WI went out I fragged a turbo.

When you are talking about 11.0, are you talking about a 3rd gear pull on the dyno or 4th or 5th gear street/track pulls? I've noticed that my AFRs are always much richer on the track pulling down the straights in 5th gear than they ever are on the street or dyno in 3rd gear.
